Shipping Process

Once the order is placed, we start working on your order immediately, any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes) are not possible. We will only ship to the address provided at check-out ( shipping address). You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We only ship during business days (Mon- Thu) and do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

We use Canada Post mailing services and third-party Courier (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Canada Post etc) for shipping.

Please note - couriers do not ship to P. O. Boxes. Placing an order to P.O. box may result in shipping delays. 

We require between 1-2 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 5 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.

Local Deliveries

Once the order is received, we will fulfil your order immediately. Local deliveries are currently only open to Toronto area. The deliveries are done within same or next business days (1-3 days), and may include the weekends. 

Our team is working hard to ensure delivering your order to you as soon as possible, and please be rest assured that it will get to you safely.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Nixxie Trades is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your local post.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change. Any additional fees incurred from the changes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
*Nixxie Trades is not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address indicated in the form. If you entered the wrong address on our order form, we could reship your package for additional shipping and handling charges equal to your original order.

Free local pickup

Nixxie Trades offers free pick up from our location at 55 Administration Road, Unit 3, Concord, ON, L4K 4G9, Canada.

Pickup hours: Mon-Thu 9AM-5PM. Evening and weekend pick up are by appointments only. To schedule a pickup outside regular hours please call +1 (647) 336 -7768 or email: info@nixxitrades.com with your order number, Name and contact details.
